What Are Affiliate Links?
An affiliate link is a regular-looking product link — usually a “Buy on Amazon” button or a linked product name — that includes a tracking code identifying it as coming from DeviceMatrix. If you click it and buy something, the retailer knows the sale came through us.
Clicking an affiliate link never increases the price you pay. You’re charged exactly what the retailer would charge anyone else — the commission comes out of the retailer’s margin, not your wallet.
How DeviceMatrix Earns Revenue
When you buy a product after clicking one of our affiliate links, DeviceMatrix may earn a small commission from the retailer. This is one of the ways the site funds itself — covering research time, hosting, and the editorial work that goes into each article — so that the content itself stays free to read.
Not every link on DeviceMatrix is an affiliate link, and not every article contains one. Where they do appear, they sit alongside — not instead of — our editorial judgement about the product.
Editorial Independence
Affiliate income and editorial judgement are kept separate at every stage of how we work:

DeviceMatrix is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.in. As an Amazon Associate, DeviceMatrix earns from qualifying purchases made through our Amazon links.
