Get In Touch

DeviceMatrix is run by a small independent editorial team, and every message that comes in is actually read by a person on that team — not routed to an automated queue. Whatever the reason you’re reaching out, start with the email below or the contact form on this page.

How We Can Help

Editorial Questions

Questions about how an article was researched or a verdict was reached.

Corrections

A spec, price, or fact on the site that looks wrong or outdated.

Product Suggestions

A device or comparison you’d like to see us cover.

Business Enquiries

Partnerships and other business-related proposals.

Technical Issues

Something broken on the site — a dead link, a display bug, a form that won’t submit.

Feedback

General thoughts on the site, an article, or how we could do something better.

Response Time

We read every message that comes in. As a small independent team, we don’t commit to a fixed response window — but factual corrections are generally prioritised, since an inaccurate article is the thing we most want to fix quickly.

Business & Partnership Policy

We’re open to hearing business proposals relevant to a technology publication. A few things worth knowing before you send one:
  • Business and partnership enquiries are handled separately from editorial decisions, and never influence what we publish — see our Editorial Policy.
  • DeviceMatrix does not currently accept sponsored or guest posts. That may change in future; if it does, any sponsored content will be clearly labelled as such, as stated in our Affiliate Disclosure.
  • Proposals to influence a review’s verdict or ranking in exchange for payment are not something we consider, regardless of the offer.

Editorial Communication

Found something factually wrong in an article? Send us:
  • A link to the article.
  • The specific claim, spec, or price you believe is incorrect.
  • Where possible, a source we can check it against.
Once verified, the correction is made directly in the article. Our full corrections process is covered in the Editorial Policy.

Reader Feedback

Beyond corrections, we’d genuinely like to hear what’s working and what isn’t — a guide that didn’t answer your actual question, a comparison you wish existed, a format you find easier to use. Constructive feedback shapes what we cover next more than anything else.

Before You Contact Us

A few things that help us help you faster:
  • For a correction, include the article link — it’s hard to fix what we can’t find.
  • For a device suggestion, tell us why you want it covered (a decision you’re making, a gap you noticed) — it helps us prioritise.
  • For a business enquiry, a short summary of the proposal upfront is more useful than a call request first.
  • Check our Editorial Policy and Affiliate Disclosure first — your question about how we work may already be answered there.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I report an error?

Email us at contacts@devicematrix.in with the article link and the specific claim you believe is wrong, as described in Editorial Communication above.

Can I request a review?

Yes — send the device name and, if relevant, why you’d like it covered. We can’t guarantee every request gets covered, but suggestions genuinely inform what we pick up next.

Do you accept sponsored posts?

Not currently. That may change in future, and if it does, any sponsored content will be clearly labelled as such.

How quickly do you respond?

We don’t commit to a fixed turnaround, but every message is read, and corrections are generally prioritised.

Can brands contact DeviceMatrix?

Yes, for business enquiries — see our Business & Partnership Policy above. Brand contact is handled separately from editorial and doesn’t influence coverage.

Can I suggest a topic for a buying guide or comparison?

Yes — that falls under Product Suggestions above, and it’s one of the more useful things you can send us.

I found a bug on the site — who do I tell?

Email us under Technical Issues with what you saw and, if possible, the device/browser you were using — that detail speeds up fixing it.

Can I write a guest article for DeviceMatrix?

We don’t currently accept guest posts. If that changes, it will be announced and any published guest content will be clearly labelled.

Do you offer PR or press-list sign-ups for brands?

Send that as a business enquiry with a short summary — we’ll respond if it’s a fit for how we cover news.

Will contacting DeviceMatrix affect how an article is written?

Only in the sense that a verified correction gets fixed. Reaching out doesn’t buy influence over coverage or verdicts — see Editorial Independence in our Editorial Policy.

Is my information safe when I use the contact form?

See our Privacy Policy for how any information you submit is handled.
